Julia Locklear PhD, MA, ACC
Julia Locklear is a California-based career coach and research psychologist with a focus on organizational culture and the challenges Black women face in positions of leadership in the private sector, due to their intersectional identity. She has taught graduate-level courses in quantitative and qualitative methods, an organizational culture and employee surveys. She has recently begun giving talks and joining podcasts to discuss the customer experience in Black and White along with the need that brands stop ignoring our enormous spending power and works to share money habits with Black professionals to help them take control of their finances instead of the other way around.
